Why won't the passcode work when I try to register for I-pay? Empty Why won't the passcode work when I try to register for I-pay?

Because some of the instruction sheets show PCMIWEST-PCMI in all capital letters. You will need to do all lower case pcmiwest-pcmi. That has seemed to help a lot of people move forward with registering.
