How long does it take to get your account activated?

I turned in all my paperwork on August 18, 2009 at the PHASD meeting. I was not missing anything. I completed all my GCN Training on Friday, September 11, 2009. My permits and certificates have all been renewed. I have updated my profile online. I have ranked the schools and switched them to either "Yes/No Will Sub" and submitted. How long will it now take for the PHASD teachers and staff to see that I am available to sub on the WillSub system? I have already had 4 teachers contact me via email and tell me that I am still not on the system. What should I do?
