Answer: You will have to currently be signed up for direct deposit to gain access to this option through iPay.

Question: "Where do I get my username and password for the sub calling system?"

Answer: You will have to contact the ISD you are working in for this information.

Question: "I can't get the Employment packets to open."

Answer: You may not have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. Please download the latest version here.

Question: "Why do the packets take so long to open?"

Answer: PCMI uses the highest compression rates for all online packets. We can not control internet speed on user computers. Slower internet connections cause longer download times.Please be patient.Download Time/Speed Chart
